CANCELLATION POLICY

For Cancellations please contact us via contact us link or email to trusthrmm15@gmail.com Requests received later than 1-4 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
REFUND POLICY: We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. If paid by credit card,refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time ofpurchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made tothe same account.

FULL REFUND: If the project is not been started or in the initial stage and has not been approved. It will take 5-6 weeks to refund the full amount and after the upfront payments days.

PARTIAL REFUND: As per our delivery policy if there is a failure from the client side which effect our delivery after the approval.The partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed.

NO REFUNDS: If the time passed 24 hours after subscription.
